Mandy Drakeford is Program Officer, moving our mission forward by partnering with our grantees. She ensures successful applications, manages outcomes, and finds ways to meet community needs. She has experience on both sides of the grantmaking process, giving her insight into the needs of applicants.

Mandy received her BA and MA in Communication from the University of Cincinnati and holds an Accreditation in Public Relations from the PR Society of America. She has extensive experience in the non-profit sector and was most recently the Executive Director at GiGis Playhouse in Fort Wayne. She is a Business Weekly 40 under 40 honoree and participates in professional development activities when she can.

With her two young sons, Mandy enjoys spending time outside playing and exploring all Northeast Indiana has to offer.
