New or Renewal?

Just because you’re a returning grantee doesn’t mean your application is a renewal! Its only considered a renewal if we have funded this specific program/project in the past. If its new to us, its a new request.

 

How to Apply for a Renewal Application

  1. Schedule a phone call with a Program Officer before the application opens. To do this, contact Andie Mosley at amosley@awsfoundation.org or 260-207-5769.
  2. Receive passcode from Program Officer.
  3. Go to Grant Portal and type in passcode on the apply page.
  4. Start a Renewal Application.

 

How to Apply for a New Application

  1. Go to the Grant Portal and start with a Letter of Intent (LOI).
  2. Someone from AWS Foundation will reach out to let you know that you’ve been approved to move to the next step.
  3. Submit the full application in the Grant Portal.

Reporting

You can find your report schedule on your grant agreement. To access the report, log onto the grant portal and go to your dashboard. When you find your report, click edit to get started.
