    Arts United advances the creative sector by mobilizing resources to elevate our community’s quality of life.
    About Special Kids (ASK) is Indiana’s Parent to Parent organization that works throughout the state to give support, answer questions and provide information and resources to families of children with special needs. ASK staff are extensively and continually trained as well as parents of children with special needs; therefore, they can help other families and professionals understand the various systems that families encounter related to special needs.  ASK has a parent liaison in each region of the state with our central office location in Indianapolis.
    Autism Society of Indiana
    ASI is a leading resource in Indiana for connecting people who live with autism, and those who care about them, with resources, support, advocacy and information tailored to their unique needs. ASI strives to create communities throughout the state in which people on the autism spectrum and their families are empowered, supported and fully embraced by their community.

    Caring About People, Inc.
    Caring About People's purpose is the dedication to providing high quality, comprehensive mental health services.  These services are focused around the clients, families, and groups who are interested in understanding how choices affect lifestyle.  This is accomplished through professional assessments, planned interventions, comprehensive education, and prevention programming.  Their goal is to enhance the resources of their clients so that they may develop and maintain their physical, psychological, social and spiritual health.
    The mission of CASS Housing is to create and maintain Customizable, Affordable, Sustainable, and Safe living arrangements for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities that promote independent living skills.
    Children’s Choir of Huntington County
    The Children’s Choir of Huntington County is a music performance program emphasizing music skills and understanding through choral music experience. Rehearsal and performances of quality musical literature form the foundation of our instruction. The choir exists to artistically enrich the lives of the children, their families and the community.
    Churubusco Elementary
    In partnering with families and the community, Churubusco Elementary School empowers students to become responsible, life-long learners by providing quality instruction through comprehensive curricula, high expectations, and a nurturing environment.

    Citilink Access is Citilink's complementary demand-response van service designed to provide persons with disabilities who are unable to use our fixed route services with an equivalent level of service to that provided by Citilink fixed route service.
    Coesse Elementary
    Coesse Elementary focuses on the development of the whole child as a learner, both in the classroom and in the world outside. We’re a close-knit staff and community with tremendous high parent involvement and a low teacher-to-student ratio. Our students score well, and often above their peers on all standardized tests, including ISTEP and IREAD. Our unique Student Ambassador program builds student leadership through life skills, service and project-based learning opportunities.

    CORE, The Resource Store is a creative non-profit organization created to provide a community where business leaders and educators work together to provide materials, services, and learning opportunities that enhance the education of Indiana residents. These opportunities don't always have to be in the classroom. We are here to promote learning to all individuals in the community through our unique recycling efforts and vocational training opportunities.

    DSANI represents people with Down syndrome and their families in the eleven counties surrounding Fort Wayne, Indiana. The mission of the Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Indiana is to enhance the lives of people affected by Down syndrome, advocate on their behalf, provide information and support to families and professionals, and promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome

    Embassy Theatere

    Headwaters Counseling
    Headwaters Counseling is a private, not for profit counseling agency in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They provide outpatient counseling services for persons who have behavioral health needs or are at risk of harmful involvement with alcohol or other drugs. Services are available to children, families, and adults of all ages.
